You can register a Starter account and use one Telegram account with 500 broadcasts / month indefinitely — no credit card required. Upgrade only when you need more scale.
Is annual billing cheaper?+
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% off) on Starter and Growth. Toggle the switch above the pricing cards to see annual prices.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade is instant, downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Unused broadcast quota rolls forward one month.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) via Stripe, USDT-TRC20, Malaysian FPX + cards via ToyyibPay, and PayPal. Enterprise plans support invoice + wire.
Do you charge per team seat?+
No. Each tier includes a generous seat count and Enterprise is unlimited. We charge on Telegram-account count and broadcast volume, which reflects actual usage.
What counts as a 'broadcast'?+
Every outbound message sent to a subscriber via the broadcast console counts as one. Inbound replies, bot menu responses, and admin messages between team members are free.
Can I self-host?+
Yes, on Enterprise. We ship a Docker deployment kit and provide setup assistance. Data stays entirely on your infrastructure.
What happens if I hit my broadcast cap?+
You get a warning at 80%. At 100%, further broadcasts pause until you either upgrade or your quota resets on the next cycle. We never surprise you with an overage bill.
