1. Guiding principles
tgme is designed for messaging opted-in subscribers of your own channel, bot, or website. Messaging strangers without consent violates data-protection laws in most jurisdictions and the terms of the Telegram platform — we neither support nor tolerate it.
Your use of tgme must at all times comply with (a) applicable law, (b) Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API rules, and (c) this AUP.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use tgme to broadcast, transmit, or store content that: - Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's - Constitutes spam, phishing, or deceptive commercial practices - Contains malware, ransomware, or credential-harvesting links - Depicts child sexual abuse material (which we report to authorities and permanently ban) - Contains threats, harassment, or hate speech targeting protected characteristics - Infringes another party's intellectual property - Facilitates fraud (advance-fee scams, romance scams, fake investment schemes)
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use tgme to: - Send unsolicited messages to phone numbers or Telegram IDs that have not opted in - Circumvent Telegram's rate limits, ban systems, or account-authenticity signals - Operate botnets, credential-stuffing tools, or account-farming infrastructure - Scrape Telegram platform data in violation of Telegram's terms - Impersonate individuals or organisations without authorisation - Share your tgme account credentials outside your team - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of tgme - Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to overload our infrastructure - Aid or encourage any of the above by others
4. Opt-in is required
Subscribers must have taken an affirmative action to receive broadcasts from your team account or channel. Acceptable evidence of opt-in includes: - Starting a conversation with your bot via /start - Joining your channel via a public link or invite - Filling in a subscription form on your website - Sending an opt-in keyword to a phone-based flow
Purchased contact lists, scraped Telegram IDs, and imports from unrelated services do not constitute opt-in and are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
When we detect or receive a credible report of AUP violation, we may: - Warn you and require corrective action - Rate-limit or temporarily suspend affected features - Suspend or terminate your account - Refund pro-rata unused subscription fees only where required by law - Report the violation to Telegram, relevant regulators, or law enforcement
Severe violations (child sexual abuse material, credible threats to life, coordinated fraud) result in immediate termination without notice and referral to authorities.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe another tgme user is violating this AUP, report it via the Telegram handle listed on tgme1.com with as much detail as you can share (screenshots, timestamps, receiving account). We investigate every report and act within two business days.
7. Changes
We update this AUP as abuse patterns evolve. Material changes are notified in-product with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
